Is it possible to bring in your own dessert to catering halls? My mom suggested that since I LOVE cheescake that we should bring in a few cakes from my favorite place, Holy Moses Cheesecakes in West Hampton...In addition, we want to bring in some fresh pies from Bryemere Farm out in Baiting Hollow (with ice cream of course!) I thought it would be nice touch to have some of our LI favorites...plus it is yummy!!!

check w/ your hall, but they may charge u a cake cutting fee per person...

I'm almost positive you can bring your own desserts. they may charge a serving fee but i'm sure you can. they just care about getting paid their original per person price.
