Dessert Ideas?

Hi Everyone!
My fiance and I just began planning my wedding for next summer. I have been thinking of ideas for desserts and was wondering what seems to be the latest/hottest trends. I noticed that chocolate fountains and passed ice cream cones are popular. What do you recommend?
I like the sorbet intermezzo and chocolate covered strawberries. I am also considering that I am not having a large wedding: 65-80 people.

Well it depends a little bit on what your RH offers. Ours gave us the option to only have the wedding cake, the next upgrade was a table shared tray of happiness everyone could enjoy, after that was a specialty plate that you create with 3 sample size desserts along side the wedding cake, and finally a full blown VH.

Have you two narrowed down where you would like to book and what your budget is yet?
