Are you going to invite people or is it just you 2? I've heard Disney does nice weddings, then you can head to Barbados from there.

Or you can go to a resort. JMO

My sister got married on a cruise. It was wonderful!!! She barely had any planning to do because they take care of everything. She got married as the sun set on the island of St Thomas.

I say Punta Cana, Dominican Republic! We started out planning for a Destination Wedding there. You can also look into Aruba, and Mexio -- most resorts now have amazing wedding packages.

I visited St Maarten last year which is about a 45 minute plane ride from PR. We stayed at the Divi Little Bay, and as we were making our way to our villa, we saw a couple getting married there. It was small and intimate, absolutely perfect. You can also try the Westin in St John. They specialize in destination weddings.

if you are looking for affordable i would go with DR, PR, or Jamaica.

Anguilla and St. Lucia both have alot of great packages - more expensive but also more secluded and romantic if you are looking for un-commercialized Carribean.

Destination wedding is beautiful. If you are interested here are some choices in Barbados and Jamaica.
Barbados..The Crane Hotel is beautiful..we are going there this year
Jamaica Try Devon House or Sunset Villa

My friend is getting married in Punta Cana and she is a Diva so I am sure the options there are wonderful too. You dont want somewhere over commercialized but also remember you want somewhere that has practice planning weddings from afar
