Okay has anyone here had or know anyone who had a destination wedding, and knows how to go about the planning process...Me and my fiance have a location and resort in mind, however I cannot seem to be able to get in contact with them...The location is moon palace in Mexico!!!
I tried having a destination wedding and it was very frustrating! There is another forum that is just for destination weddings. Try googling it.

We got engaged in Koh Samui Thailand, and had our engagement party there. The whole island is so beautiful and there are a lot of great venues for weddings:) And it is really cheap there too, so it was a real steal to have our engagement party there (we were traveling with our closest friends, so the party was awesome and the whole group had so much fun!) My favorite part was when we got to release the wishing lanterns together and make wishes:)
My cousin got married in Mexico teo years ago and I know they did everything through the reosrt..I don't remember which one (I didn't go) but if you need info FM me and I can find out.
