I was not around much yesterday so I just now saw the thread about the GTG. Sorry! Here are the details.
We are meeting at the Main Event in Plainview (799 Old Country Rd, 516.935.5120) around 6:15-6:30. We picked this time because most people worked until 6 and this was the earliest most could arrive. But feel free to arrive earlier - I ain't gonna stop no one from drinking!
Some people are bringing FHs, and some are not. Mine is going away for the weekend and when I planned the GTG I had a girls night out in mind, but I am 100% fine with FHs! As long as I am not the only single gal, I'm fine with whichever!
Here's a list of who is coming so far. I was not planning on making nametags or anything, but there are so many people coming .. I hate the idea of wearing a nametag in a bar, but it would help people to know who's who. I may bring some blank ones and people can fill them out when they arrive.
Anyhow, if you're not on the list and are coming, let me know and I will do my best to update it throughout the day.
I will be stag too, no worries! I think there will be more stag than not.

i know i know i am sorry. i forgot i have my cousins sweet 16 which i would much rather come to see you girls but i forgot i already rsvped!!! and i am not like my family i actually come when i say i am coming

by the way - just had to share this...
FH & I were walking through AC Moore last night & he was asking for like the 50th time what the deal is for Friday (we have our menu meeting, etc)..and I told him we're doing dinner/happy hour with girls from the boards & their fiances' and he stopped DEAD in the aisle and shouted, 'you mean FH don't you???'.
I almost hit the floor laughing so hard!!!!!

its funny how someFHs get all into it..like they feel a part of LIW- its nice
my fh still sees liw as sorta an enemy cuz im on and god for bid i post for 2 mins when hes home...liw takes time away from us
