eh thats not a real detox becuase you are removing toxins but not replacing it with nutrients . you will loose a crapload of weight, but as far as it being good for you, not so much
a detox eating raw vegan foods, wheatgrass and other juicing is the way to go ! I lost weight and felt amazing ! too bad I couldnt keep up the life style forever !
