I have been eating so much cr@p today starts my detox - It's not a formal detox that what I call my diet, bye- bye cookies, cake and candy

oh me too - i ate so much this past weekend. but i brought lots of fruits and veggies to work with me to get back on track

Im with you!!! I wanted to eat so much Easter candy yesterday!! I didnt do it ... but I sooooo wanted to!!

That's great!!! That's about when I *seriously* started, too.

I was even good this weekend- I had ONE piece of chocolate and that was it!
