Basic detox diet (this is pretty strict):

Start the day with two glasses of water (squeeze half of a lemon in one glass)

Breakfast:

Piece of fruit (chew well)

15-20 minutes later follow with a bowl of oatmeal or brown rice

Lunch:

2 medium sized bowls of vegetables (use olive oil for some flavor and fat)

Snack:

Fresh veggie or fruit juice (8oz)

Dinner:

repeat lunch but add lean protein if you feel sluggish

Only drink water and herbal teas.

For something less harsh, just eat a diet of vegetables, fruit, nuts and lean protein. Exclude wheat, sugar, caffeine, dairy and soy.

It's just a lemon cleanse - I don't tell people about it unless they ask. I truly don't see what the big deal is since I don't randomly tell people to try it.
