Devastated....

Devastated....

So I have already been having a bad few days but to make matters worse, I got some really bad news today... My godmothers dog (who is basically like my dog because I used to be her dog walker and I am currently her caretaker when she goes away ---which is a LOT!) has cancer...and it does not look good! The doctor said that in the best case scenario she would live 6 months.... I am SO SAD... I like, yelled at her this morning because she was crying at 6am and I had no idea she was sick... If I would have known, I would have went and laid next to her instead of telling her to be quiet...

It just seems like everything/everone I care about is falling victim to this HORRIBLE disease... My stepfather was just diagnosed with Brain Cancer 6 months ago and now this??? I just wish I knew why life was so unfair......

I am sorry for complaining about my problems I was just hoping that by taking the time to type this out, it would stop me from crying at my desk at work....

I am so sorry. It's very difficult losing anybody even if it is a pet. If you need to type more you can alway FM me. Feel better.

So sorry to hear about the terrible news. I wish we could do somethign tomake you feel better. But its a process & i hope things work out for you and yoru family.

Thank you... I just wish things would be okay in with my family again! When my stepdad got sick... I was super depressed for a few months...and I feel the same way all over again... I know she's just a dog but the sad part is its the pets that are ALWAYS there for you no matter what... I just wish I didn't have to see her like this... at least when a human is hurting they can TELL you....

I'm so sorry to hear this. I also lost a pet to cancer. Just make her last few months as comfortable as possible.We got my pet a comfortable bed and tried to make her last time with us as happy as possible. Stay strong

I'm really sorry.

These are the times when we have to remember that we're lucky for what we do have and try not to focus too much on the negative. I know it's hard, but having another 6 months with someone is better than none.
