Deviled Eggs.....

yep, its really easy but I don't have measurements

boil 1 dozen eggs
cool down & peel under cold water
cut in half(long ways)
gently remove the yolks into a bowl
add several tablespoons of mayo
add a tablespoon of mustard(guldens)
mix well
spoon the mixture back into eack egg's hole
then sprinkle with paprika

mmm, mmm good

halve and scoop out yolks. In a bowl:
yolks, splash of vinegar, mayo, dry mustard, mix. then add ingrediaents to desired consistency. garnish with paprika and parsely.

instead of Mayo used whiped cream cheese

I think I will use mayo, mustard, and a little cocktail sauce, garnish with paprika and olive.
