DH and I got some really GREAT news last night!!

No we didn't get a house yet . But we spoke with our landlord. We rent the upstairs of a house and the downstairs is empty. The man that owned the house moved to Florida but all his stuff was down there. Anyway, he had signed the house over to his daughter years ago and we spoke with her last night. She said her sister is cleaning out the downstairs and if we would like we could lay new carpeting and paint the living room and bathroom and such and use the downstairs too. All for the same price of $800 we are paying now. So we have a whole house now. I am so happy and ready to head to home depot to get paint and stuff to fix the crappy downstairs up. It needs a lot of work and even though we don't own it, we don't plan on going anywhere soon, so we are going to fix it up enough so it is livable. Finally, I will be able to have company over!!! I am so excited, for now!!

That is FANTASTIC!!!!

Congrats!!!
