DH has made me mad!

i know that its not a big deal, but for whatever reason (i'm sure PMS is playing a part) i'm kind of pissssed off. DH is off today and he came online from home and was asking how my day was, and then the following transpired:

Him: 'Guess what I had for breakfast today?'
Me: 'I dunno, what?'
Him: 'I opened up the waffle maker from your shower and used it to make waffles, they were good'
Me: 'You opened up a GIFT that was an appliance for BOTH of us and used it for just yourself and made waffles WITHOUT ME!??!!'
Him: 'Um..yes'
Me: 'You suuck big fat donkey balls.'
Him: 'I'm sorry...i'll make it up to you. I saved you some batter.'
Me: 'You still suuck hard core.'

I know i shouldn't be annoyed, but i am...cause i told him i wanted to make a nice breakfast when i first break out the waffle maker and such. So I am a little bothered that he did that, cause I haven't made waffles yet for breakfast, cause he's always working early on the wknds and therefore we can't have breakfast together, so I haven't used it yet, cause i wanted to make it for both of us, not just me.

okay, ridiclious vent over.

Sorry... gotta laugh b/c I can see myself doing the same thing (when it's that time of the month)... and I don't even eat waffles!

AW, yeah sometimes boys just don't get it! I will not watch a TV show that FH and I can watch together and then when he's finally home (he works 6pm-2am) with me I'll say let's watch this show, and he'll say 'Oh, I watched that already!'

If you don't spell it out for them, they don't get it! Sorry this happened,

Just be thankful your DH knows his way around a kitchen enough to make waffles! Some of 'em can't even boil water

FH LOVES our waffle maker. I have never used it once, and I am perfectly fine with him making the waffles for me! But I can see why you would be annoyed.

Ugh!! Boys are so stupid throw rocks at them!! J/K I don't think that they think before they do things sometimes!

ETA: So if DH has any new tools still in boxes you should break them out and find something to fix with them. LOL

ETA: it's funny, i think neither me nor FW would get into something like that, but I'm the more sentimental one by far. I love her dearly, and even she would tell you she's one of the most unromantic people ever.

I would be a little po'd myself..I'm a sentimental smucko and want 'our first waffles in the new apt' thing..

I would be annoyed to! I can picture my FH doing that though, with that guilty smile on his face!

Sweetie, I would do the EXACT SAME THING!!!

FH is forbidden from using gifts that are meant for the both of us unless I am there!!! lol

oh yeah this would have pissed me off too...i am very crazy about opening new things........be upset for a minute then let it go

All this after you prepare his porkchops at 8am. Dh opened out George Foreman grill but he made me dinner I was happy. I'll come over on Saturday and you can make me waffles it will be new to both of us.

LOL

i am soooo happy that i'm not just retarded in feeling this way. i'm pretty much over it...and will most likely eat some waffles when i get home. lol

DH did come by my office and bring me lunch though. he's off the hook

there's only one appliance left, our professional slushie maker...that is my FAVORITE gift from my shower. if DH uses that w/o me...i'm afraid i will be forced to de-ball him
