the other night I was on a rescue dog website and reading about all the operations these dogs that had been hit by cars, etc. had been through and I felt so sorry for these little guys that I sent $150 via Paypal......DH is going to kill me, but I don't even care

why would your dh kill you for donating money to a worthy cause?
i could see if you spent it on the latest Coach keychain or whatever, but not something like this....

He'll get used to it. My husband and I now give thousands to charity every year, and at first he freaked, but now he gives on his own too:)
