DH is gonna KILL me!

He always lectures me about why I need to put Zone Alarm active on my computer...but it messes with my games, so when I go to play them I take it off. I always MEAN to put it back on but I usually forget.
DH says fine, if you are going to keep forgetting you need to run the virus scan every single day. I say, Hubby, SUUURREEEE I can do that! No problem!
Fast forward...I have not run it for about a month (maybe two), and just found 233 infected objects on my 'puter

, Just run adware. go to lavasoft.com and it should be fine.

I'm not sure since I'm not familiar with what you have, but adaware get's rid of spyware, which is probably what you have.

Ok question...i was told that you have to be VERY careful about adware and spyware software...that the say you have infected stuff but if you delete it all you can be deleting important stuff....is that true?

we have never had any problem with it.

I have never had a problem. I work in the IT Dept & we use Ad-Aware, Spy-bot, & PestPatrol on all of our systems.
