We went on Saturday and picked HER out. She's tough and spunky. I love her. She's 8 months old and I think she was the runt of the litter. We'll be taking her home on Christmas Eve. We are calling her DOTTIE. Thanks Tricia - you were the inspiration there. You and our love of Pee-Wee Herman quotes. I'll post pictures as soon as I can.

We don't know if we are getting the boy or girl yet.
The reason for the secret spillage is that he wanted me to pick him/her out. There is one boy and two girls. DH likes the boys personality, but he said he wants it to be my decision.
I don't want to get to excited in case it falls through.
ETA: This is not the actual dog, just a representation.

as for boy or girl . . . 'they' say boys bond better with female owners and vice versa. . . . . but it didnt work out that way for us since FH lets our puppy get away with everything and I have to discipline him!

LOVE Cairn terriers - bestest dog EVER - they are just little bundles of energy and happiness! What a cutie face That is the BEST present ever. My dream of dreams is an animal present (with a bow around his/her neck - but of course!). I think I will be waiting.......forever for that one
