My DH just called and said he's on his way home. This is the 3rd night in a row that he has worked late and I've been waiting for him. The first night, I was fine with it - it happens sometimes. Last night, he got to the Brooklyn Cyclones game in the 4th inning. Tonight, when I spoke to him at 6:30, he was supposedly leaving in a couple of minutes - HA!
It's not his fault - he has been given the responsibilities of two people in his office, and doesn't get paid enough for even one person!
I just get really frustrated b/c he never looks for a new job. Of course, my frustration comes out when I get a call that he's not going to be home until 9pm on a Friday night, and then he gets upset b/c he doesnt' want to hear it just then.
So now, i'm starving, still waiting for him to come home, and we just had a fight on the phone. What a fun night this is turning out to be...

My DH works crazy hours too! It is frustrating!! But there is not much he can do either
But look on the bright side... Happy 2 months!!

OMG - I didn't even realize what today's date was! Thanks!
For one month, DH surprised me by coming home early, cooking dinnner and bringing me roses.....what a difference a month makes!

My DH is working the midnight shift all this weeknd. Fiday is usually our date night and I'm home in my PJ's while he will be leaving for work soon.

Glad he's home! I can totally elate. FH was supposed to come home early today, because we're moving this wekened and he ende dup havng to stay late! He's finally home now!
