Yes...Me!!!

Friday he brought me flowers....

Saturday in between his two jobs he did the laundry for me because he knew I was going out with the girls... so unneccesary but much appreciated

Yesterday he helped me clean and cook for both sets of parents and this week on his vacation he is painting the kitchen for us

He really has been great this week

Yeah I was going to post about this, but then I decided it would be silly,. but now I'll post it

FH said he looked for cards for mother's day that were for the future mother of his children

I don't know why, but that made me so happy.

Mine is being extra wonderful, too.

Especially since I have been kind of a witch lately.

My man,
he has stepped up, more than I ever expected him to step up. He has been coming to the doctors, holding my hand, picking up wine and ice cream for me, getting my tissues, picking up my meds, being my spine that keeps my head up.
Honestly. the last month or two, I don't know what i would have done without him.

I know we all think our sig. other is the best but he really is the best fit for me and I know I could never find another for me.

This is perfectly said ... I totally agree. Neither of us are perfect, but I simply could not imagine anymore more perfect for me than my DH.

Heck he even publically apologized for dragging me to some crap movie

And Deb, that Studmuffin of yours is SUCH a sweetheart

DH has been amazingly sweet lately! Perhaps it's the nice spring weather that's making everybody so wonderful

Love is in the air!

ETA: FH and I are just feeling more in love than ever. We just ahd all this conflict with his family and I really considered calling off the wedding b/c I felt it would be too complicated, but then it became completely clear that there is no decision other than to get married. We're so in love. I know at 6 years, we're not exactly an old married couple, but ithe spark is there more than ever, and the more we grow, we grow toghter, we're a perfect fit and we can still make each other happy, even if everythign else is wrong.

Re: DH/FH/DW

i was actually thinking this today too!!

DH seriously has been so amazing this last week, and not with any spectacular gifts or anything like that,,, but just the things that he's said, and they way he's made me feel (and usually, he's not one to say all deep and mushy things)...

he was talking about how i have this loyalty to people, some of who dont really deserve it i guess, and he was saying how frustrated it makes him and goes 'but all those things- they make you who you are, and thats what made me fall in love with you'

and today i went to register for class (yay, finally going back! ) AND he came with me! (he hates having to do stuff like that, so that made it even more worth it! ) and he just kept saying how proud he was of me, and How he could never do the program i'm doing, but that he knows that i'm going to be great at it (yeah, i think he has a little more faith in me than *I* do )

ok, i'll stop but i Never get all gushy about him on here, but he really has made me realize that when you have someone by your side, supporting you and cheering you on... well, everything else just falls into place

oh yeah... and he made an AWESOME dinner for my whole family yesterday

My FH was FABULOUS this week!!!

I got an OFFICIAL PROPOSAL!!!!!!

Re: DH/FH/DW

My FH is currently in the NY State Trooper Academy in Albany - so we're living apart for the first time in 4 years - - and it's been a really tough experience for both of us (really just mentally/emotionally for me, and mental, emotional, physical, and everything else for him).

He's been amazing!!! I don't know if it's the distance or what, but just yesterday he was telling his grandmother that if it wasn't for me, he wouldn't be able to go through what he's enduring now, and he wouldn't have the confidence to attack such a big obstacle. He sneaks calls on occasion, 'just to hear my voice'....he's never like this - he's not a mush. Actually, he usually spends his time making fun of me in some way - but everything's different now. Just a few hours ago he called me before a huge test that he had to take (if he failed, he would have been kicked out - those are the rules) - and he asked me to wish him good luck, which I did, and he asked me to wish it again like 4 more times - because he said that my faith in him is what pulls him through!

God I love that man!!!

Oh, by the way, he got a 94 on the test!
