DHGate.com for TTD Dress?

I'm considering buying a dress from DHGate.com to wear for a TTD shoot. It's sort of like eBay where you send your measurements and they make the dress for you. Does anyone have any experience with this site? This is the dress I would like: Dress from DHGate.com

TIA!

EDIT: After reading loads of reviews, I've decided to use Dressilyme.com.
