DH's 40th B-day -I need suggestions!!! I need input!!!

I am throwing him a bash at a local bar/restaurant most likely that will run about $1000. (Yikes)

I have to come up with a fantasmical gift. Here's the list:

Flat Panel LCD TV (nice right...cha-ching!!!! big time)

Personal training sessions (not so bad $$ depending on how many.

Yankees tickets..really hard to buy when you don't know schedules-but a day game sometime in July when we can take off from work and have a fun day. (Not so bad $$)

Golf trip-with friends? How do I even start to try to arrange this?

Leather recliner (he hasn't found one he likes yet) but he would love one

Got any other ideas? I would love to do them all but I would have to start selling my body!!!! A lot!!!!

I am also buying him a Kayak. It's what he has been asking for, but if it were up to me, I would buy him an elliptical and small TV.

BUT, that is a gift you will both enjoy... so maybe the golf thing or leather recliner would be more appropriate.

I just bought tickets to a Yankees/Mariner's game in July. It's a day game and got really great seats. That will be a fun day for both of us. I can take him to dinner after too.
