Hey, this may sound weird but is anyone Type 1 Diabetic?
I ask because the designer of my dress. Daniel Thompson. Made me an insulin pump pocket inside my gown which is going to be a life saver for me. just wanted to know if anyone else had a similiar request? or if you are diabetic?

Hi, Gina!! Congratulations and welcome!!!!! I'm a Mother of the Bride. I'm Type 2 Diabetes, but take oral meds. I think there are some diabetic Brides who post. Hope you can connect with them. Mary MOB

That's a brilliant idea. Be sure there is a little pouch in there for a glucose tab or two. You never know how much you'll be able to eat or how the stress will affect your sugars. I'm going to make a small pouch for my father, who is a type 1. He'll need at least one injection the night of my wedding. Thanks for sharing that idea.
