Diamond Card ?

Have any of you ladies had trouble receiving your Diamond Card from LIW? I never got a welcome package or anything and I emailed them about getting the Diamond card and didn't get a response :(

If you click on the 'vendors' tab above there is a link for diamond card that explains the benefits.

I got it in the mail a few weeks after I registered. The Diamond Card did get me a discount for our limos but I didn't try to use it anywhere else.

I'm hoping I can get my card sent to me because my bridal shop offers a great discount on headpieces when you purchase a gown there. I tried emailing LiWeddings but nobody got back to me :( :(
