Does anyone feel diaper sizes can be misleading? My son was in Huggies Supreme size 4. He is 23 lbs. That size should fit 22-37 lbs. However the darn things don't close right and he was leaking at night on the sides. Now I sent hubby out for size 5 so we'll see. What does everyone else use..Maybe there's a better diaper?

Re: Diaper ?
I have the same problem w/ my son. He is in the range but the diaper is always too small. I thought it was just me. I have better luck w/ Pampers Cruisers because they have the stretchie sides.

Re: Diaper ?
Yes my son is always on the low end of the next size too. I think he's got to be close to or just over 20 lbs because the size 3's are getting snug. I tried a 4 on yesterday and it wasn't too big, looks like we're on to the 4's!
ETA: we have always had a leaking problem too no matter what size or brand, except CVS brand... no one believes me. LOL I use CVS diapers for bedtime and pampers cruisers during the day.

Re: Diaper ?
I've never had a leaking problem, but have had a few poopy blow outs when he was younger, like 2 months old. I switched to the bigger size and it was much better. Andrew is 6 months now and 21 lbs. and is in Size 3's. I hesitate moving him to size 4's just because he fits the weight category.

Re: Diaper ?
Definately hike up to the next size.. ooh-- and try TARGET diapers.. .the green package with the white target bulls-eye, not the other package (purple-ish and i think has a pic of a kid on it...)
Also for size 4 & 5 diapers I found that Walmart's Duckie diapers work well--
As for size six.. we are back in huggies... and have been for sometime... Gonna be moving on to training pants soon...
