We did and didn't like it for one reason. Things were discontinued constantly, so thjat forced us to keep updating the registry, which was a pain in the *** to do every week. So we cancelled it.

We registered there and didn't have any problems. I didn't get duplicates, so I haven't had to return anything. Only one thing I registered for was discontinued and I got an email about it. All I did was go online and register for a new vaccum cleaner.

I don't know about registries, but their normal return policy is without a receipt, no return at all. With a receipt you get store credit. It is a crappy return policy.

i did but i cancled it. they are always changing the prices on things or discontinuing things. also they have such a bad return policy. you can not return anything without a reciept.(origanal or gift). and there are no even exchanges. and even if you do return it with a reciept you have to get the same item.....it is so dumb......my advice dont sign up for it

I too had one, and am in the process of cancelling it. Different reasons. I found other things I liked more at other places, the return policy is less than desirable (don't want to rely on guests having to get a gift receipt--not everyone knows they exist--and if they don't automaticallly give you one, you have to go to the cust svc desk to get one!), and a few items I had registered for did get discontinued.

It's the same for a registry...someone I know was trying to return a duplicate gift from her registry and they were willing to give her a store credit for that one dept. only since it was their mistake.

i didnt have a problem with them and i didnt receive any duplicates so i didnt have the hassle of there return policy which im told is terrible. but i liked the idea that there were affordable thing i could put down so everyone didnt think they had to spend a fortune on a gift

I di not register there, but i just wanted to say that is my favorite bored store, i go there when i am bored..it is pretty dangerous they have everything.

Mine too. So dangerous, I go in for shampoo and conditioner, I come out with a coat, a shirt, pocketbook, picture frames, kitchen gadgets, candles and no shampoo or conditioner..

My cousin registered there, and had a problem with stuff being added onto her registry that she didn't put on, and things were taken off even though nobody bought them.

I registered there. I registered last March and only one thing has been discontinued ( stupid snack trays) so it didnt bother me. I registered there for things like extra towels, sheets, can open, knives..a digital camera..stuff that was cheaper there so people had a choice.

The only bad thing they dont mention but is in the paperwork is they do not have a fufillment policy like other stores where you get a discount of things that were not purchased. So if you see something you want a lot even if it's not purchased, register for it somewhere else to get the discount if needed.

I didnt mind the store credit since there's a lot you can get there if need be.

My sister registered there and loved it...even with the return policy she figured the store credit was worth it cause you can buy paper towels or everyday things with it.

I actually started a registery there but now I am having second thoughts. Maybe I will try Bed Bath and Beyond.

MY FRIEND USED THEM AND THEIR POLICY SUCKED!! PLUS I WAS THERE THE OTHER DAY LOOKING FOR A PASTA BOWL AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THEM....THEIR SELECTIONWASNT REALLY GREAT
