kind of hope that the weather on your date this year would be rainy so that you had better odds for it to be nice next year i was just curious if i was the only one who thought this way!!
**Obviously if your date fell on a weekend in '08 you might not have thought this way because it would be wishing that someone else had a rainy day.. which i would never hope for** but my date was on a thursday this yr

If i remember correctly it poured on my day this year and i was super excited.. I said to FH 'what are the odds it is going to be like this next year!' I even looked up that day in the past to see what other years it rained..

We thought the exact same thing - you're not alone. This past weekend on Saturday was TERRIBLE weather...while I would NEVER EVER wish that for someone else's day, we did say to ourselves that maybe next year it won't be like that!

Im so scared its going to rain on our day because we are having an outside ceremony! And the farmers almanac is saying its going to rain next year on that day and they also predicted its going to be a cold winter, and its turning out to be true so far!

Farmers Almanac said my wedding day would be cool and hazy. However it also said the day of our e-party would be sunny and warm but we had Hannah and ended up having to postpone it a day. So I don't buy into the Farmers Almanac.

I'm the same weekend and I'm praying since it was horrible this year its going to be really nice next year.....hehe what other years did it rain? Do we have good odds?
