Did anyone else feel like this?

Okay-
I sent my invites out the other day, and now I am beginning to have nightmares that I will get so many more 'no' responses than I thought! It's a very strange feeling.

I am a horrible registry peeker, and I've also noticed that things aren't coming off anymore, which upsets me because now it seems like a lot of people on the shower guest list said no!

Please - someone, anyone - have you felt this way at all?????????!!!!!!!!!

How do you know many people said NO for your shower????????

I wouldn't sweat it. We all love you. As soon as I get my hands on your invite and away from my DFH, I will be responding YES!!! At least you can count on the two of us being there!

My registry didnt have much action till right before the shower. Even worse, many ppl didn't rsvp for the wedding til the last possible minute - it totally annoyed us, but whatever.

Don't worry - you'll get yes responses soon, and once they come they'll start pouring in!

I know my mom had to make some phone calls. But what is important is that your family and closets friends will be there. I worried too, but the most important people were there, and that is all that mattered

I am hoping to receive some nos, the FMIL went crazy inviting everyone. When she found out some nos came she wanted to add more people because we asked her to remove some. Its a daytime wedding and I only want 120-130, if it was up tp her we would invite half of New York and Florida!

I was a borrible registry peeker too. And I only had 28 out of 48 people attend. But I knew because so many of my gifts were not taken off the registry. But I still had a beautiful shower and a great time.

We only have nightmares so this is very normal. Just wait until you don't get your RSVPs back, talk about nightmares.

we were the worst peekers ever! and as jen will tell you, we thought it was going to be all salad spinners. A LOT of people went shopping in the last week, so it may seem like you aren't going to get stuff, but you will, don't worry.

Everyone shops at the last minute. At least thats what I noticed about my registry. They probably know we peek.

Marnles, don't worry! You will have a wonderful shower and the wedding of your dreams!!

I, too, was a registry peeker. Activity picked up a couple of days before the weekend I suspected my shower would be, but not by much. As it ended up, we received a bunch of gifts that weren't on our registry...lots of gift certificates, lingerie, etc.

I'm doing my best not to get stressed about the late RSVP-ers. It's not easy!!
