i think you have to 'resfresh' your screen. Or try changing it, then closing out of LI Weddings and then signing back on again....

the pic you are using may be too big to use.

Still can't figure it out ... the pics are jpeg and I even tried to go back to a picture I previoiusly had as my avatar but it will only show the one of us at my shower.

I don;t understand the whole avatar changing thing either...

but I do see a wedding cake in your avatar...I think you have to log off LIW and then maybe restaret your computer or something...no clue....LOL...same thing happened to me, and everyone else could see it, but I saw the same thing...

The same thing happened to me a few months ago and then all of sudden several DAYS later it popped up on the board. So maybe that will happen to you.
