The cap for alterations is $250 for a wedding dress. I had my fitting there a couple of weeks ago and sure enough, I was charged the full $250. However, I can't complain because I got such a deal buying my dress.

A coworker just told me today that his FW was being charged $450 for alterations from there!!!
I was shocked and told him I would check about the cap. He said since she purchased the dress they have been so rude to her. I know her and she is the sweetest girl. I felt so bad!!

I also ordered my gown from there and have a $250 cap for alterations. The service there has been great so far. I'm shocked to hear that the salespeople were rude, since I have only heard postive things about them. Do you know which salesperson it was?

I'm not sure which salesperson it was...we asked him but he didn't know. I was just shocked at how much they were charging her for alterations!
Another girl from work had used them, she got married around the time I did, and she had no problems either.

I am working with Christina and love and rec her, I did however go when she was not there and the response was not the warmest... I have a $250 cap on alterations...
