Several brides from The Knot went. Most were unimpressed, although a few did manage to find something. I heard most of the good stuff was in small sizes (2-4).

I went and in my opinion it was horrible. We waited a long time to look at total crap! Most of the dresses were in smaller sizes and so many of them were in such bad shape I don't think a cleaning and some repair would fix them. I did see brides leaving with dresses so I guess there were some that were ok but the majority were awful. There were girls running around in bras and underwear as though there were no other people there. Also, the dresses were exctremly heavy. I don't know how a bride would hold up with such a heavy dress all day. I think a sample sale is someting you need to experience but I would never go to one again.

Since I already had my dress, I went to check out the accessories. I went late in the afternoon so by that time it was uncrowded and easy to look through the racks. I saw many beautiful dresses in great condition (mostly sizes 8 and under)- even tried some on for the fun of it. If I didn't have my dress already, I probably would have bought one.
