Did anyone go to their hair trial and NOT know what they want?
I have NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO idea what I want to do with my hair. Everytime I see a picture, I keep thinking to myself, 'Well, it looks good on her, but I don't know how to picture it on myself.' Not to mention, there's very few magazines or anything else where their hair is 'bride-y'. It's usually some weirdo model hair that I can't understand! SO I have my trial today, and I have no pictures. I have to say, I HATE even thinking about my hair. I really need to wear it all up because of the back of my dress and the fact that we're getting married in July, but I hate how I look with my hair up. Ugg, I hate some of this wedding crap

Wait... so you have to have it all up but you dont like it?? Maybe go for a half up and half down style?

Well, part of the reason I really want to wear it all up is because we're going to be on the water in July, and can just imagine a hot, sticky day where my hair sticks to the back of my neck all day, the other reason is that if I wear any of it down, it hides the detail of the back of my dress. I mean, I guess I WANT to wear it up, but I just don't like how I look with it up. But I think my main problem is that I have not found a style of it all up that I like.

I think an up-do will look nice. Especially if you are on the water and there is wind. Maybe have some curls coming down in the front/sides?

A true hair stylist will be able to look at your face and determine which type of up-do will be the most flattering. Let her know your concerns and give her an idea of what you are looking for and see what she comes up with!

I printed a few pictures of some styles I thought were nice. I also have no idea what will work - I just know I don't want my hair 'tight' or piled high on my head. My trial is also tonight so I plan on putting my hair in her hands since she does this for a living. I basically did the same with my makeup
