I'm thinking about Raphael winery for our wedding. I just see the pics on the web, but it looks so great!! Is it expensive to have a wedding there?

We looked at it for our wedding. It's is a very cool place, but there were a few things that we didn't like about it. I would definitely go check it out. I know they charge a site fee of at least $5000 just to use the space, which doesn't include any food or anything.
There are a few other wineries that do weddings too. Pellegrini and Martha Clara are 2.
ETA: Oops, the bride above already linked my review. But yes, we did have a great wedding.

Here are a few more review of Raphael brides. I was also trying to find Bunnymonkey's review, but for some reason I couldn't find it when I searched, but she did get married at Raphael, too.

I LOVE Raphael Winery. That is where I wanted to get married, but it's too expensive. The site fee is ridiculous in peak months. On top of that, I believe it is $115/head just for a very basic buffet. I'm sure they throw beautiful weddings, but it's too pricey for my pocketbook. Good luck....

Its is really beautiful there! I was there a couple of years ago for a tour and we asked how much it was to use their hall, and I believe they said the site fee alone was $10000. I could be wrong though, but I do believe its very expensive!

i have been to a wedding there and it is absolutley beautful ..also i remember seeing a Raphael bride who posted her review and pics that looked amazing in pics.. i wish i could find it for you ..

I really wanted to have my wedding there but then I heard about a new law that they cannot serve any alcohol except wine. I would call and just make sure but that is what I was told.

The site fees differ by month - we got married in May, so the site fee was significantly lower than in September, when the vines are in full bloom. The vines already started showing some leaves in May, and it was beautiful enough for us. The food is also AMAZING. Our guests still talk about how it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Their customer service is fantastic, too. They truly took care of everything and we didn't have to worry about a thing.
