I couldn't imagine being able to get by on Long Island as a couple with an income that low .. maybe we're doing something wrong.

Are they the one's that are located right by the LIE? If they are then I do have some info on them. If they are I'll post the info. If not where are they located?

It's located IN Melville. I don't know exactly where, though. It seems too good to be true. The way the prices are today. If anyone has more info on it, please let me know.

I do know that you cannot sell them for more than you paid for them. I think they allow for an increase of 3% a year for inflation and that is it.
