I was so sick on wedneddasy that i had to come home from work. I threw up( sorry if tmi) then my heart was racing and my blood presure went really low. Could this be from eating low carb/low sugar?
I felt better thursday but now I have acold and just feel BLAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

You have a cold now, or did you feel better right after your 'episode'? If you have a cold now then maybe it was just a bad start to it. If it was a separate 'episode' where you were violently ill and then feel better, maybe it is related and you should see a dr.(boy am I a lot of help here)

I had that once from taking Ephedra. Boy was that scary.

Are you eating enough carbs? Good carbs of course? Veggies and such? The first couple of days of low carbing I felt tired while the sugar went away.. but not to the point of what you describe below.

Feel better.

You may experience stomach aches the first few days of a low carb diet. That is because your stomach is getting use to your new way of eating. It is important to eat plenty of Low car veggies, and avoid eating fruits for 2 weeks. This way your body can get use to eating high fiber veggies and whole foods.

What plan are you doing? Atkins, South Beach???

If you are eating alot of veggies try to avoid raw green peppers and raw spinach. They are very gassy foods and can give you a belly ache.

Try not to eat more than 4 ounces of cheese a day.

Eat plenty of green leafy salads, cucumbers, peppers, spinach, broccoli, radishes, celery, string beans.

Avoid:
Tomatoes, and sauce
Carrots
Apples
Oranges
Grapes

Just to name a few. You can learn more at these two sites:

Whenever I start induction on Atkins I get what is called the 'induction flu'.

I feel dizzy, nauseous, weak, and have headaches. It only lasts a few days until your body adjusts to burning fat instead of carbs.
