I never saw it until last Fall - I took a class that had me analyzing pieces of pop culture, and the professor focused on that show for a good 2 weeks.

It was enjoyable...delightfully cheesy

I love how the older sister always thought Gidget was getting into all kinds of trouble, but the Dad just blew it off.

I loved her and her dad - he was so cool, and her boyfriend Moon Dogggie was very cute.

My sister made me watch the movie (with Sandra Dee) like 30 times when I was a kid!

I used to watch it! I loved all the old tv shows.... Flying nun, bewitched, I dream of jeannie, etc.
