...their parents' albums? At $300 a pop with 3 albums to buy...I'm considering making their albums - I'd buy the same amount of pics from our photog, as would go in a parent album. I'm thinking something in raw silk?
Anyone do this? How'd you do it? Cost? Time? Did the parents love it or were they disappointed b/c it wasn't what they expected?

Believe it or not I some how got 3 parents albums included in my package. However- I'm making an album for my Father in Law- I didn't think he needed a fancy album.. I just got 4 x 6's done- my photographer threw them in for me- (she's a DOLL)... so I'll just buy a nice album and put them in order- good enough.

what about if you were to make them a cdrom or dvd or even vhs of the pics - we are getting our album also on dvd so we can show people quicker if they want....also when we travle out of state to visit our families who want to see it, its much less clunkier too!!
(you could scna them and burn it yourself cheap i bet!)

We haven't done it yet, but we will. We needed 5 parent albums One for my mom, one for my dad (my parents are divorced), one fo my grandparents, one for FH's parents and one for FH's aunt. This would have added on another $1000 to our photo package. So we decided not to get it and do our own.
