And if so, what did the hall do for you: upgrade? money back? waive service fee or tax on the 'missing' number?

We didn't bc of some losers who cancelled at the last minute and/ or didn't show up.

The RH wouldn't give us $ or upgrades, but they did give us all of the extra dinners and food to take home. It worked out great bc nobody felt like cooking the next day and we had some great food leftover from the wedding.
