Did anyone not tip their hair and makeup

If they are the owners Do they still get tipped is it necessary or just a nice extra?? I have had 3 ppl tell me that I shouldnt tip them.

i tipped my lady and she was the owner. i think even though they are owners, they deserve something

If they didn't accept tips they would have told you that from the beginning.

I say tip 20%

this is my philosophy also

be prepared to tip, but dont if you dont think it's necessary
