Did anyone or is anyone not having a Bachelorette Party?
I am not having one, and I am not too upset about it. A few people have asked why I am not mad at my BP. Should I be? just wonderng if everyone has one.

no, my sis just doesnt have the money and the other girls in the wedding just didnt do anything I guess.

I didn't want one. And I let my BP know that so they didn't go to the expense

I'm really not sure. What I would like to do is go out for a nice dinner. I'm really not up for the whole club scene anymore (getting old!!)

Most of my BP lives out of state, so I just went out for dinner with one of my bms and that was it. I even paid for my half! It was fine though...I didn't want anything crazy.

I didn't have an 'official' party. Me and my girls went out to dinner and that was enough

We had a Joint party. Not all the guys were happy about that though - One was so pissed he got drunk and passed out at the comedy club

How about just a dinner to celebrate with the girls only. Nothing too crazy or expensive.

This is sort of what happened to me too. My MOH is a stay at home mom and did a LOT for my shower and paid for everything. My BP was very small and my friends all said they were broke. I really didn't want to do a club, or a male review or anything of the sort and a spa or vineyard thing would have been too much. I don't regret not doing anything. NOt mad at anyone. Much better than going out and having a crappy time - which I have heard happens a lot. I figure I can always go out with the girls when it's good for everyone without the pressure or the money worries. Don't believe the hype - everything related to weddings can and should be customized to what it is you want and feel - no matter how many people tell you otherwise! It's about you, you're the one getting married!

I'm really not into going to a strip club or anything, but I have a feeling my friends will torture me.
I really don't care if he has one though.
I would rather go out to dinner with the girls, and then a comedy club or something.

I'm not either. My MOHs live out of state, I think when he has his bacherlor party though I'll do something special. Go for drinska nd invite whoever wants to come or a massage or something so I'm not home thinking about his party.

Well my situation is different....2 of my BM's are pregnant. And my MOH is pregnant with twins. My other two girls are FH's sisters. I think we are going to go to Atlantic City for the weekend. That way, when my prego friends get tired, they can lounge in the room. I want to go out so bad, just so I can wear my sash and crown. I want to flaunt it!!! I have done all my friends bachelorette parties, and now it's my turn...so why not!!!!
