I personally haven't, but I can't see why she wouldn't- it benefits both of you! Just tell her when you start the order that you'd prefer both to ship together.

Yes. I ordered 3- all shipped together which= less for shipping and she gave me a discount.

i got 2 and they came together. the shipping price was cheaper as a result
