Wow i was just browsing the 06 boards
and they are having this HUGE end of the year GTG
soooooooooooooo many people are going
it looks like they collected money
and they just annouced they are having it at the Fox Hollow.
It says they collected 50 a person for it.

I really hope they we can do something like that in 07 and 08 at the end of the year...plus hopefully our monthly GTG's!!!!!!

We should really get cracking with picking a date and place for our NEXT GTG!!!!!

Why not meet at Four in Melville early for a happy hour on a friday, depending how many of us there are, I'll call & reserve a table, I have a fav. the one in the winter room, by the fire place.

I don't think I can do an early happy hour in melville coming from queens and working

I think we can keep the 8pm time like the last one, that seemed to work for alot of people

I've been reading up on it too. I think it is such a good idea. It will probably be bittersweet though we we have the end of 08 GTG. But I would love to do the monthly ones. Hopefully I'll be able to go to the next one! I can't wait to meet all of you!!!

This sounds like fun! Nicole (futureMrsM) don't worry about the 06ers being close - we have almost two years to get close! Look at all the past brides who have LIW tables at their weddings!!!

If we do GTGs frequently I bet some of us will grow old together and our children will have playdates!! More hugs!! (I think I'm PMSing)

aww it sounds kind of cute telling people you met your friends on a wedding chat board. Everyone I told about our GTG thought it was the cutest thing ever.
