I went to the Roslyn Claremont Hotel - we liked it - but weren't crazy about it. The room is underground, which was a turn off for us. Also, the view from most of the guest rooms overlooked major highway construction, from what I recall, its ongoing. We weren't super impressed. The prices were ok - reasonable compared to the halls we were looking at. The food options sounded nice. HTH!
I visited the metropolitan. I did not really like the main room because it looked dated... a bit old like it needed to be renovated. But the Club downstairs is gorgeous. It has a look and feel of a NYC nightclub. Its like a lounge. The chairs and bar and decor is nice, but the dance floor is small and they have a stage in there, for like a band, or so that you can get married raised up. I didn't care for the stage. The food smelled really good and their menu options sounded good. If you have any additional questions lets me know. Im better at giving information when i have more specific questions.
