Did anyones electricity go out last night?

Around 7:15 we experienced another blackout. It was so weird b/c my parents live 2 blocks away and their power was on. We live in the North Flushing/Bayside area. It was out for about an hour and a half. It wasn't so bad b/c the heat was pumping right before the power went out so it was still warm in the apartment.

My husband and I did have a nice candlelight dinner together and laughed at the fact that his company just gave him a flashlight saying 'We survived the 2003 blackout'. It came in handy last night.
