My FH has been talking about this for a while, if anyone's FH has done this, can you pls. post pics. Also was it a problem w/ the church (our monsignor is very old-school).

Thx.

My FH will be. No pics yet (obv.). It's a Jewish tradition, but I think it's becoming more popular with non-Jews, too. I think it's nice to honor both sets of parents in that way.

My FH is going to be walking down the aisle with his parents. We are getting married at the reception hall, so I can't give you insight onto the church aspect, but we were just at a wedding at a catholic church in December and the priest had no problem with the groom walking down the aisle with his parents. DH walked in with his parents. Everyone thought it was a very nice touch. (The groomsmen walked in one by one and then DH and his parents followed. ) We had a somewhat unconventional ceremony, but I have friends that are very old-school Catholics, and their priest didn't have a problem with the groom being escorted by his parents. MIL has the pics rigt now, but as soon as I get them back, I'll scan one for you.
