Following in leese's footsteps, we went & did our Final Menu last night! I can not tell you how excited I am for our reception...We changed some of the cocktail stations around! We added baked clams & sushi to the CH! Also we got the Baby Pig as a carving station
We are doing a Portobello Napoleon appetizer, Caesar Salad & Penne Pomodoro
For dinner, you have your choice of 1) Filet Mignon 2) Rack of Lamb 3) Stuffed Chicken 4) Chilean Sea Bass 5) Stuffed Shrimp
I decided on a hexagon cake with our monogram on it (pic attached) with chocolate cake & cannoli filling!! We already had the VH, so we were more then happy!!1
Add Sam Adams to the 'beer' list & also Wine on the tables!!! I also got the chair covers!!!
I could honestly go on & on but I don't want to bore anyone!!! So, 30 more day & I am a BRIDE!!!
SOUNDS GREAT!!!!!!! THE CAKE IS BEAUTIFUL! GREAT CHOICES!! ILL TAKE THE STUFFED SHRIMP
