I got back from my HM on sunday...... On wednesday i started breaking out with these little bumps/pimples all over my face and neck...like a prickly heat...they are not very red..more skin toned in color..
dh's mom washed our new bedding while we were away and i think it maybe be a reaction to the detergent??? does that make sense...i just have these bumps all over...it is clearly some sort of reaction....and i haven't done or ate anything else out of the ordinary...other than living with my husband!!

Not for nothing but when I got back from my HM my skin was awful for a few weeks after that...I dont know...maybe I was going though a wedding withdrawal through my pores...

My skin is very sensitive and I have to be careful of the detergent I buy. I make sure it is dye-free.

i am usually sensitive too...it is just so weird..when i touch my face it is all bumpy...it feels terrible!!!

its could be a reaction to the detergent or a reaction to something you ate or drank on your HM.

It also could be from the weather changes... I get this sometimes when the season changes from summer to fall. It's usually on the back of my legs, elbows & lower back. It only lasts about a week.

I agree, definately change in the weather, especially if you came back from somewhere warm

This happened to me when I went to Cancun with my husband a few years ago. I had a reaction to the sheets at the hotel. If you take some benadryl and maybe put some cream on it, it might help.

My DH had something similar happen once and it was new sheets so the sheets may need to be washed again or it may be the detergent

I have sensitive skin too and this happens to me. With the food part, it happens to me occasionally with shellfish but, it usually doesn't happen right away.
Benadryl helps I find (although it makes you tired).

The same thing happened to me and DH after our honeymoon - tiny little bumps like a heat rash. We think it was the weather change.

I broke out from our laundry too. Turns out I was putting too much detergent in the wash and it wasn't washing all the way out. It is a smaller washer than I am used to and I just goofed!

i got a wierd rash over the summer... it was right after I put our new sheets on the bed... it was so wierd... never happened to me before... i went to the dermatologist and she gave me some cream... it went away in a few days... she said it was just some wierd allergic reaction to something...

Not to sound gross, but your hotel could have had mites. My dad was in the hospital, and when he came out, he had that all over. When he went to the dermetologist, they told him the hospital had mites.

def. not mites...it happened as soon as i slept on my new bedding in my house...dh is fine.. i am normally sensitive..so i am pretty sure it's what it is...
