Did u leave your veil on the whole night?

I just wondered if I could leave it on or would it look weird by the end of the night.

Kept mine on all night !! It wasn't a problem at all.

I wore mine on top of my head (3 tiered) for the ceremony and some pictures. FOr the reception, We moved the veil to the back of my head behind my hair.

I would like to do the same. If it is possible without ruining my hair in the process

I want to keep mine on all night. It's the only time I get to wear one! When I was talking about this to my friend, she was like, most people take it off b/c it can get in the way, but I was like Nooo I want to be special and keep it on.

I wanted the best of both, big and fluffy and then easier to wear so you caould see my hair

When I took it off my curls were a LITTLE flat so we just fluffed them up:):)

I was going to take mine off b/c I figured it would get annoying. However, it never got annoying and I kept getting so many compliments on it (hey - if you can't be vain on your wedding day then when?), so it stayed in all night!

Thanks ladies! I wanted to keep my veil on all nite but people were saying it would be annoying.

I was going to leave it on, but since I had a detachable one (cathedral had velcro and fingertip had snaps to the headpiece), and I got soooooo hot under that thing, I decided to take it off.
No one ever tells you how hot that thing can get!!!

My veil is 3 tiered, with the top tier as my blusher. I will be detaching the top two tiers after the ceremony, and just leaving the longest (fingertip length) on for the reception.

I said I would see how my day went.. I ended up keeping it on.. I, too, am really happy I kept it on. It looked great in the pics and I barely noticed I still had it on..
