Who was your program vendor? Where did you buy your paper for DIY?
What size paper did you use? folded it in half?

Re: Did you DIY or order programs?
We're doing all of our own stationery. I was going to make this entire little program booklet with a cardstock cover and ribbon binding all that crap, but then I realized people are going to hold it for 20 minutes then throw it away. Instead, it's going to be 1 full sheet, 1 side, regular paper, or possiby 1 sheet of regular paper folded into a half-card, but that's where I'm drawing the line.

Mine are a DIY, ordered the paper from Gartner Studios and also downloaded the template from them, they are booklet.
