Neither FI or I drink, so we are going to toast with vanilla shakes in our champagne glasses. The guests will have the alcohol!

I did...but never finishing one!! I kept putting it down for one reason or another.

I plan to drink, but to definitely limit myself as I want to be a good hostess and also remember everything about the day. Hopefully FI will limit himself as well. My FSIL told me how her husband got so drunk, doesn't remember anything and passed out after the reception. Not a good wedding night...

I've already made sure I get at least 2 of the mimosas that are being served as guests arrive, they are my favorite. I probably won't drink much more than that, maybe another glass of champagne later in the night. I don't want to be a drunk bride, and I'm rather a lightweight, plus I always feel bloated when I'm drinking.
Edited to add, FH won't be getting loaded either, he wants to be, um, alert, for the wedding night

We both plan on drinking. I don't want to be wasted though. I dance most of it off anyway. Drink or no drinks, we still dance our butts off! So I know the same will happen at the wedding.

Without a doubt we are drinking..I dont drink like I did when I was 18 anymore..( Im 32 now)..but I plan on doing some guzzlin'!!

We both plan on drinking but will be sure to eat. Also, when you are mingling and talking with all the guests you probably won't get to drink every drink that is handed to you.
