umm... I haven't personally but I can def see it happening.
I wouldn't worry about checking yourself as long as your not stepping on her toes and taking the initive on 'her' things. Being very involved is a great thing!

MOH isnt responding to emails or really doing any planning...so me and another BM are really trying to coordinate things.
other BM is kinda getting annoyed and is waiting for MOH to volunteer for stuff....but at this point, i would rather just do it to know its getting done
should i back off and wait? i feel like i should....but i also feel like its just gonna waste more time

yeah one of my bms who was totally vying for the moh honor role, overstepped her bounds with the moh at times. the moh did so much but the bm was just buttting in sometimes but i think if the moh doesnt care then no biggie

In both weddings I was in, the MOH's totally BLEW and I took it upon myself to step up and plan things and help the bride.
I KNOW the bride was happy with what I was doing. Actually, in the 2nd wedding, I wasn't asked to be a BM until 2 months before the wedding. She asked me because I was helping her more than ANY of her BMs.

im sure the bride appreciates all your help if the MOH is *** most of the time....
its a touchy situation cause you dont want to start drama between you and the MOH but at the same time, stuff needs to get done.
