Not during sex, not I did call my FH my ex-boyfriends name when we were fighting once.

my friend did once while hooking up with a guy.....it pretty much ended there....
i think she called him several names though

No, but my ex, who was still running around with HIS ex, called us both 'baby' so he wouldn't mix us up.
