I am guilty! I met swags (Jaimie) at a GTG and then saw her at Stop and Shop this weekend! It took a minute to register who she was, and where I knew her from (then another to remember her real name--I kept thinking swags!), and by the time I remembered she was gone!

But before the wedding I think I saw people I recognized from their pics...Especially at Laura from LA Production's house...I think everyone who goes there is from LIW!

I'm usually in a such a fog - I barely notice anyone.

So if anyone sees me and I look out of it - please come up and say hello.

That's why I wear my shades and baseball hats in public--how I DO hate being recognized!

I saw someone I thought I recognized and walked up and said hello. I was excited and I started yammering about LIW and was all blah-blah-blah-small-world-cakes. I was very wrong! The girl just looked at me and said 'L I what?'

p.s. Palebride... you have an evil twin who frequents the H&M in the source mall!

It was fun! But I almost didn't survive the ride because Mr Boots' friend BoyScout drove and apparently he got his license from a Cracker Jack box.

I once met sun86moon at the florist. She is very nice. I usually do not recognize anyone , am in my own little world when I am out.

I also never see anyone, since the majority of you are on LI and I am not (Except for when we go visit the inlaws on the weekends here and there)

Though I remember the first time I walked into Duet photography, I saw Littlecat at their studios (who was probably one of the first LIWs brides to use them .. and I loved her proofs that were posted, which is why I wanted to use them)

I kept staring at her and then finally said HEY, I 'KNOW YOU' I looooove your wedding pics, this is why I am here!' She sort of looked strangely at me until I explained further.. yeah I was such an innocent newbie then

I do keep thinking one of these days I'll run into Tourist ..either in Scarsdale or on the train, since we actually live VERY closeby one another and commute into NYC- but knowing me if I DID recognize her I'd be too shy to say hi

I've never seen anyone, but I've seen epople's proofs at photogrpaher's offices and stuff. LOL Whenever I'm in fortunoff I always keep a sharp eye for couples

I saw Debbie and Michael from North Island Photography, when I was shopping in JCrew around Xmas. They recognized me before I noticed them (I guess when you shoot 900 pics of someone you know the face )

I've never run into anyone. I don't live on LI, so it's less likely, but unless I've met them before, I'm not too likely to go up to them. I'm too afraid I'll be wrong!

Aww don't be shy! I'd be obnoxiosu & go up to you if I saw you! ( but I won't poke at you if you are sleeping ) I am surprised we havent' seen each other. My schedule is so wacky, I am only almost every train between 5:45 & 7:30 at some point durign the week.

At least your name is the same as your screename.
I saw Nferrandi in the city clerks office in WHite Plaisn & I wasn't sure at first, b/c she said she was going later & then she saw me & said, ' Tourist?'

DH was confused for a minute, but I am glad she said hello & yes I do answer to my screen name & you all should too!

I saw Xelindrya at Vincent's way back in Oct-03. I didn't say hi b/c I had just joined LIW and I didn't want her to think I was a stalker!

In fact, if I did see one of you down here, I think I'd be a little shocked!

Several of you seem to frequent John Harvards though - maybe I'll stalk you there when I'm on LI for the summer
